PAA, Inc.’s analyst and auditor is not a public accountant but proficient in accounting and business administration with a master’s of science degree in business administration, and considers laws and regulations pertinent to the client because a breach in such may result in fines or other consequences which may have a material effect on the client’s financial statements.

Responsibility for ensuring that the entity complies with all laws and regulations applicable to it rests with management and those charged with governance.

The client’s auditor(s) are responsible to identify any non-compliance of laws and regulations (NOCLAR) which may result in material misstatement within financial statements.

The entity’s auditor(s) may base their analyses on the substantive analyses and analytical procedures presented by PAA, Inc, as a financial audit process to help the entity’s auditor(s) understand changes that occurred in the business and to identify potential risk areas to plan other audit procedures.
